General information only
All content on gstflix.com — including GST calculators, the GST 2.0 slab reference, HSN/SAC code listings, composition scheme rates, cess rates, filing deadline countdowns, and blog articles — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be treated as, tax, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
GST rates and rules change
GST rates, exemption thresholds, registration limits, cess percentages, and filing deadlines are set by the GST Council and CBIC and are subject to periodic revision. GSTFlix reflects the GST 2.0 slab structure (0%, 5%, 18%, 40%) effective September 22, 2025, and we make reasonable efforts to keep rate tables current. However, we do not guarantee that every figure on the Site reflects the most recent notification at every moment. Always cross-check rate-sensitive decisions against the official GST Portal or CBIC website.
Calculation accuracy
GSTFlix's calculators (Standard, Multi-Item, Reverse, ITC Estimator, Composition, Compare, Penalty, Profitability, EMI+GST, Discount, Export, and Breakeven) perform arithmetic based on the inputs you provide and the rate assumptions built into the tool. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of your inputs and correct classification under the relevant HSN/SAC code. GSTFlix does not verify your specific tax classification, eligibility for schemes such as Composition or LUT-based export, or the completeness of your filing obligations.
GSTIN validator
The GSTIN Validator checks format and checksum only (an offline, client-side Mod-36 algorithm). A "valid" result confirms that a GSTIN is well-formed; it does not confirm that the GSTIN is active, registered to a genuine business, or in good standing with the tax department. For authoritative verification, use the official GST Portal's "Search Taxpayer" tool.
Invoice generator
The Invoice Generator produces a document based on the fields you enter. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any invoice generated using GSTFlix complies with applicable GST invoicing rules, contains accurate GSTIN and HSN/SAC details, and is suitable for your specific business context (B2B/B2C, e-invoicing applicability, etc.).
No liability
GSTFlix, its operators, and contributors accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, penalty, notice, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from reliance on calculations, reference rates, generated invoices, or blog content published on this Site. Use of the Site and any figures derived from it is entirely at your own risk.
Consult a professional
Before making any decision involving GST registration, return filing, invoicing, Input Tax Credit claims, or tax payment, please consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax professional, or refer directly to official government sources.
